Dr. Joe Abraham has been inspiring and equipping people for more than thirty years—a calling that first took shape during his undergraduate years.
His innovative initiatives initially brought the gospel to thousands of young people in the educational sector, raising many Spirit‑empowered young leaders.
In time, his focus expanded to equipping leaders in the missional and marketplace domains through individual coaching and small‑group training programs.
Central to his ministry is a clear and compelling mission: teaching the Scriptures to inspire and equip believers to arise, thrive, and bless the world around them. He is an ordained minister as well as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member.
He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Oral Roberts University, USA. His research project focused on equipping Christian marketplace leaders to function in spiritual gifts in their workplaces.
He also holds an M.Div. from Southern Asia Bible College (Assemblies of God, India) and an M.A. in English Literature from Kerala University (India).
His wife, Ancy Joe, is also a minister and counselor. She holds a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology from the Global School of Counselling (Assemblies of God, India).
Together, they have been empowering people to live out their God-given calling and positively influence their families, workplaces, and communities. They currently reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
