He has been developing leaders for more than thirty years—a calling that first took shape during his undergraduate years. He has pioneered innovative initiatives to train young people, ministers, and marketplace leaders. He is committed to equipping leaders to thrive at work and positively influence their workplaces. He is an ordained minister and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member.
