During my early teen years, I did not consider myself a leader. In fact, I was a timid boy, afraid to even stand up in class and recite a poem in front of my English teacher. During this time, I was unaware of my life’s purpose.
Being part of a Christian family, I was interested in attending church and other services. In one such instance, I committed my life to the Lord Jesus Christ, marking the beginning of a new spiritual life. Later, while attending a ministry training camp, I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This experience set me free from timidity and helped me embrace the Father’s love and call.
I became involved in marketplace ministry during and after my undergraduate and graduate studies (B.A., M.A., M.Div). I worked with the Inter-Collegiate Prayer Fellowship for three years, ministering among the student community. Later, through Glorious Living Ministries—a ministry platform I launched with my wife, Ancy—the Good News was shared creatively with numerous young people in the educational sector, and many young leaders were also raised.
Subsequently, I placed greater focus on equipping leaders in the marketplace through individual coaching and small‑group training programs. I witnessed the Spirit’s remarkable work among these leaders. Recognizing the need for a training program that integrated Scripture and leadership—with special emphasis on the role of the Holy Spirit—I developed such a program as part of my Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) project at Oral Roberts University, USA.
