I was born and raised in South India. During my early teenage years, I did not consider myself a leader. In fact, I was a timid boy, afraid to even stand up in class and recite a poem in front of my English teacher. At that time, I had no awareness of my life’s purpose.
Being part of a Christian family, I was always interested in attending church and other services. During one such gathering, I committed my life to Jesus, marking the beginning of a new spiritual journey. Later, as a teenager attending a ministry training camp, I was empowered by the Holy Spirit. That experience freed me from timidity and helped me embrace the Father’s love and call.
I became involved in marketplace ministry during and after my undergraduate and graduate studies (B.A., M.A., M.Div). I worked with the Inter-Collegiate Prayer Fellowship for a few years, ministering among the student community. Later, through Glorious Living Ministries—a ministry platform I launched with my wife, Ancy—the Good News of Jesus Christ was creatively shared with young people in the educational sector, and Spirit-empowered emerging leaders were raised.

Subsequently, I placed greater focus on equipping Christian leaders in mission organizations as well as in the marketplace through leadership coaching and small‑group training programs. I witnessed the Spirit’s remarkable work among these leaders. Recognizing the need for a training program that integrated biblical and leadership principles—with special emphasis on the gifts of the Holy Spirit—I developed such a program as part of my Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) project at Oral Roberts University, USA.
I have been inspiring and equipping lives for more than 30 years—a calling that first took shape during my undergraduate days. This story continues. To Jesus be all the glory!
